Workaround :
1- modify cours.odt (new space)
2- double click on the division
3- save the document

And now this is the same article but exported to doc and openned by MS Word 2013. We see misalignment of the formula and its number in the doc.

So this problem persist in Ubuntu 14.04 and the last version of LibreOffice for today
