Hi,

i am using for reading and making anotation in pdf documents trough Pdf xchange viewer, which is maybe best solution for this on linux.

By scrolling is much artefacts. Maybe this trouble is due to xorg or cairo or wine or something :/

There is nothing here to suggest this is cairo bug. I recommend filing a bug with PDF-XChange Viewer.

Activating "Use synchronous mode of page rendering" in PDF-XChange Viewer (Edit
-> Preferences -> Performance) solved the problem
