Description Arun Raghavan 2013-12-06 14:10:14 UTC
If the BATCH flag is set on a PCM, we know that avail updates will happen at period granularity. In this situation, we should update the rewind_safeguard to be at least period-sized.

could it be bug of snd-usb-audio driver which update hwptr in 1ms interval ?

since 1ms of 44100Hz contains 44.1 samples, the driver should use 10ms period
