Audio in skype works only if launched from terminal with this line PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 skype 
I have open suse 13.1 DE gnome 
If I launch it from the icon, audio don't work at all. webcam ok.

Sorry, this is not something to be fixed in PulseAudio. The Skype folks have a fix for this that will be available with the next release (date unknown). Your distribution should be fixing up the Skype package appropriately, so please file a bug there.
