Description ZhaoShengyan 2013-12-09 06:46:33 UTC
Test Env:
------------------------------------
Platform: HSW
Arch: x86
OS: Fedora 19
Xserver: (server-1.14-branch)xorg-server-1.14.4.901
Xf86_video_intel: (master)2.99.906
Kernel: kernel-3.12.2_20131203+-2.x86_64

Reproduced Steps:
------------------------------------
1. Booting kernel with parameter i915.i915_enable_sr=1.
2. Connect dual display with HDMI cable.
3. xinit &
4. cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_sr_status

The expected phenomenon should be:
self-refresh: disabled with dual display. However, we got self-refresh enabled with dual display.

Reproduced Rate:
------------------------------------
100%

It's not a bug. HSW+ supports LP1+ watermarks even with multiple displays.
