Panasonic lcd brightness interface is never detected because hald looks for a
non-existent file named pcc/brightness. The pcc-acpi module actually uses files
pcc/ac_brightness and pcc/dc_brightness.

Close the bug since there should be a up-to-date sysfs interface for this since some time. It should work out of the box now.
