- Korean geometry for the common 106 Key.
- 101/104 Key compatible rules/symbols (on US keyboards or laptops where the
right Alt and Ctrl are used for Hangul/Hanja keys)

Thanks for a good patch. Commited. Minor changes:
- some variants are "hidden" (should not be used directly)
- there was already entry for "kr" layout in base.xml.in - I replaced it with
your entry
