the LICENSE file in the base directory states a MIT licensing, however the 
files under kde/admin are licensed under LGPL. 

Either this should be clarified or the kde/admin files removed.

I'm not a layer, I simply added kde/LICENSE file mentioning this. It shouldn't 
matter in practice anyway.
