Some commit few days ago broke page rendering in chrome/chromium on intel videocards.
I can't say what exactly commit it were, but it were somewhere in between ff59b3 and 6ec210.
Tested on Ubuntu 13.10, Chromium 32/Chrome 32, Mesa from ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers, Intel HD Graphics 2500.

Same here on HD Graphics 4000

I believe this is the same problem as bug 73978.
