When I try to save PDFDoc object using this function PDFDoc::savePageAs(GooString *name, int pageNo). 
Orignal pdf file become corrupted.
And I could not able to save PDF page by page.

Are you saving the file over itself?

Yes, I am saving file over it.
Can you please tell me that is there any way that I can save page by page after adding annotation because if I save document as a new one it tales much time.

Don't save the file over itself, that doesn't work as well as saving to a new file. We'll accept patches to improve that issue but we aware it may not be a 5 minutes job.
