dbus-glib is not only pretty old but also pretty unmaintained AFAIK. GIO provides nice dbus apis and thats the future!

configure.ac:652 (current git master: 41092a3).

oh okay, sorry I didn't remember we had this.

but well, as long as we have to run on RHEL6, I think we will have to keep that.. but feel free to propose a #if GDBUS patch
