In the attached zip-file are two PDFs printed with FreePDF out of excel 2007 and Libre Office 4.2.04 which show the effect clearly.

Opening an excel spreadsheet in LibreOffice and printing it, allmanually defined cell frames are printed half as fat as they are printed with excel. In fact, small frame lines are not printed any more! The effect is also visible in the printing preview.
This is a severe bug because all of the thoroughly designed spreadsheets with lines and column lines made with excel can not be used any longer if the lines are hidden.

I changed the importance to high, because our company wouldn't update to a new version of LibreOffice until this bug is solved.
