Radeon DRM fails on boot...  this is observed with kernle 3.12.x and 3.13.x

I will perform some tests to see if I can pin down to a kernel version.

This is my primary workstation, so its a bit disruptive.

I have done some testing: 

* Issue exists when xserver starts
* Issue observed with kernel 3.12.x and 3.13.x
* Issue does not exists in 3.10.29

Unfortunately I have not been able to pin down the commit or group of commits that cause this. The system is my main workstation and does not get rebooted all that often.
