Since the recent release, Page numbers in Writer no longer work properly. They should work in this numbering way: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Instead, they work like this: 1, 1, 2, 3, 4 (whatever number is placed in the header on the first page repeats in the header on the second page) Tom

I think that what happened was I opened a file that had been formatted in the previous version, prior to 4.2.1.1 and the formatting carried over. When I opened a blank file in the newest version and just copied the text over things worked fine. Thanks for your attention to this.
