Created attachment 95556 [details] i1d3 instrument attached to a display in the real world A while ago most instrument attachment art was given a makeover by lapo if I recall correctly. The new art is quite lovely. However, it seems the i1d3 instrument missed the boat and is still stuck with hughsie art, and it would be rather nice if it could be replaced with lapo art at some point. I've attached a "screenshot" showing the old artwork in the dialog, as well as having a real i1d3 attached to the screen for reference. Please do note, this is on a highish DPI display which makes the measurement area a tad undersized, so in the art the measurement area should probably be slightly bigger than the instrument allround. PS: it seems the hcfr instrument also has the old art, I'm not sure if this warrants a seperate bug, especially considering these devices seem very uncommon.
Oh, that one. IIRC I didn't draw the i1d3 since the same device (internally I guess) had different shapes and I didn't know which one to choose, if you guys confirm that's the one I should aim to I'll do it.
As far as I'm aware the i1d3 only has one shape: It's sold by X-Rite as the i1 Display Pro: http://dstatic.computeruniverse.net/images/1000/90455659DE40FDEEC84F4139B65A8C0F.jpg And as the lower cost firmware crippled ColorMunki Display: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51q7hy0%2BAxL._SL1500_.jpg There are also a few OEM versions around (with the same shape but different lettering): https://geizhals.at/p/968322.jpg the i1d2 however has a different shape however, which is sold under several different names as well (recently as the also firmware crippled colormunki smile). But colord already has nice art for that one :)

So I had a go at cleaning up the i1-display3 (and hcfr) figures, mostly by copy-pasting stuff around. These aren't perfect, but at least these modified versions don't stand out like a sore thumb anymore.
Both patches pushed, thanks!
