The following PDF: http://www.bridgeboymusic.com/ad1918/ad1918flyer_fr.pdf
does not render properly on my system
Individual letters run in each other as evidenced by the attached screenshot

System is:
- Fedora Devel x86_64
- evince-0.5.4-2
- poppler-0.5.3-1.1
- pango-1.13.3-1.1
- fontconfig-2.3.95-5
- freetype-2.2.1-2.1
- dejavu-fonts-2.8.0-1.fc6 as default fonts

For more strange you can find it. This is not a bug, the pdf uses a font 
called TradeGothic-CondEighteen that is not embedd on the pdf so you don't get 
correct rendering.

If you really have this font installed and available to fontconfig, please 
reopen the bug and we'll see why it is not beign picked up.
