wronlgy printed chart

It seems there is a bug in LO 4.2.3.1, when printing a document from Calc (and within the document there is a chart). The problem does not exist when printing the same document in LO 4.2.2.1. As you can see in LO 4.2.3.1 the chart is not printed properly; in LO 4.2.2.1 there is no problem.

Hope you can help, or forward this e-mail to the people who might be able to solve this problem. Or maybe it is already solved..

Thanis in advance for your help and keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Maarten van der Velden
Operating System: Windows 7

In attachment I removed sensitive data and attached testfile; once again us
state: printing problem of chart appaers in LO 4.2.3.1, not in 4.2.2.1!

It seems there is a bug in LO 4.2.3.1, when printing a document from Calc
(and within the document there is a chart). The problem does not exist when
printing the same document in LO 4.2.2.1. As you can see in LO 4.2.3.1 the
chart is not printed properly; in LO 4.2.2.1 there is no problem.

Comment 8 Joel Madero 2014-06-26 15:27:24 UTC
Hi Maarten - in the future please do not respond via email - it leaves a bunch of extra text that clutters the bug comments :)

Ubuntu 14.04 x64

I cannot reproduce with 4.2.5.2 release nor 4.3 RC1

Attached is the pdf of my "Print to file" which should be identical result as printing to a printer. That being said please:

1. Upgrade to 4.2.5.2 or 4.3 rc1
2. Reset your user profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

And then try again. If you could print to file and attach the resulting pdf that would be great.

Marking as RESOLVED - WFM. If you do the above and you still get bad results please set the bug back to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks!
