This happens when I paste data coming from Base.

Insert data as FIELDS.
format how the data should look like on the right textbox.
press OK. please refer to the image attached.

most of the formatting I have made didn't show.

Hi, I can't see what is wrong, the fields are filled with the content of the database as you formatted them. Could you describe the formatting you made and give a sample of your database so we can try to reproduce. Thanks - Sophie

@Allen : sorry, like Sophie, I don't understand what your problem is - you mention formatting the data, without saying how you formatted it.

Please provide exact steps to reproduce, otherwise we'll just be guessing at what the problem actually is.
