There are no displays connected to the radeon card. You can only use it for rendering, not display. You need to set up the radeon card to be used as an offload sink. Additionally, you need to be sunning a compositor. xrandr --listproviders xrandr --setprovideroffloadsink radeon Intel
And how can I --setprovideroffloadsink if xrandr --listproviders only shows Intel device?
Remove your xorg.conf and try again.
