Description Peter O'Shea 2003-04-29 08:09:52 UTC
Compiling and installing the fontconfig-2.2.0, render-0.8, xrender-0.8, and
xft-2.1.1 on a Sparc Solaris 8 system.

When I try to compile xrender-0.8, it complains about a missing
X11/extensions/extutil.h. I'm assuming that this header file should be included
with the other headers in render-0.8. Note that I'm compiling against the
Solaris 8 Xserver, not XFree86.

If I install the extutil.h included in XFree86, everything compiles fine.

Xrender in cvs no longer uses extutil.h or libXext.
