Document for reproducing bug

I programmatically add to ODT document images in JPEG format.
If I name them with ".jpeg" extension resaving document under new name leads to state in which images are replaced with "Read-Error" frames (but saved document is correct and reopening it fixes "Read-Error" frames).

If I name images with ".jpg" extension (as LibreOffice does) all works well.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document in Writer.
2. "File->Save as..." and save it under custom name.

Expected behavior: writer with opened document should work as it worked before resaving document.

Observed behavior: image replaced with Read-Error frame.

"Read-Error" frame

Note, that after resaving document you need Writer to force redrawing, by either scrolling page up and down, or resizing Writer window.

I do not reproduce the problem with LO 4.2.5.0.0+ under Ubuntu 14.04 x86-64.
If I "save as..." the bug doc the new one opens fine. If I open it with my archive software, I can see that the .jpeg file has been rename in .jpg.

What is your OS ?

Best regards. JBF

Originally it was observed on Windows 7 64-bit.
But now I'm checking on Ubuntu 14.04 with LibreOffice 4.2.3.3.

Jean-Baptiste, to make me clear, to reproduce this bug you need to open problematic document in Writer window, "File->Save as" under different name and bug appears in _same_ Writer window after redraw (without closing initially opened window).

If you explain me how to install nightly build (4.2.5.0+) I can try it by myself.
I tried to install Debian packages from
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/libreoffice-4-2/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@46-TDF/current/libreoffice-4-2~2014-04-30_08.37.13_LibreOfficeDev_4.2.5.0.0_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz
but looks like those packages are broken: lodevbasis4.2-core01_4.2.5.0.0-1_amd64.deb depends on "libreofficedev4.2-ure (>= 4.2.5.0.0), libreofficedev4.2-ure (<= 4.2.5.0.0-)" which can not be handled by `dpkg -i`.

I cannot reproduce this bug in 4.2.7.2 that is currently in Ubuntu 14.04 and in recent nightly build (http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@46-TDF/2014-11-16_00.33.40/).

Looks like the bug was fixed!
