Possibly wrong message "only fast path asserts _disabled_". The full message is "FASTPATH defined, only fast path asserts disabled." I guess, it's logical that this option would keep only fast path asserts _enabled_, because other asserts have greater overhead. So, in this message the word "disabled" should be changed to "enabled", to finally give: "FASTPATH defined, only fast path asserts enabled." (not sure if this sounds as a complete sentence, but the meaning is much better :))
Thanks for the report. The message is correct, however. FASTPATH causes assertions to be disabled from paths that should be fast.
