Good day! I had the idea to use Draw as the program for interactive whiteboards. But I faced a problem when choosing an instrument of arbitrary curves. Each time you create a new object is selected by default Arrow tool. It is very inconvenient. In the program Writer of this problem anymore. Are there any plans in the near future screwed to the program Draw a modified panel drawing? Thanks in advance.
Please provide steps on how to reproduce - I can't follow what the problem is as it is. Always best to assume the triager doesn't know the software well, provide step by step instructions. Marking as NEEDINFO, once you provide step by step instructions (with expected and observed results) mark as UNCONFIRMED. Thanks As to the answer to your question: the bug tracker is not the appropriate place to ask but all in all the answer is most likely nothing in the works - our devs are incredibly busy working on a whole list of tasks
well I understood: 1) open the program Draw: 2) open the Drawing toolbar; 3) select the tool Arbitrary curve or the other; 4) once we have created an object, the program moves on to the Arrow tool. This is very inconvenient, given that the same toolbar works fine in the program Writer or Calc latest version. I.e. in these programs tool remains as long as the user does not choose another tool.
Hi Quote from help: "By double-clicking a tool, you can use it for multiple tasks. If you call the tool with a single-click, it reverts back to the last selection after completing the task." See. https://help.libreoffice.org/Impress/Drawing_Bar So it is not a bug and the feature exists :) I close the Issue. Regards Pierre-yves
