The problematic file

Opening the attached PDF file in Okular (original report: [1]) is extremely slow, even though the file itself is very small.

I've tested opening it with MuPDF and Adobe Reader and both opened the file instantly.

Tested with poppler 0.26.0 and 0.24.5

pdftoppm on my laptop took 13 seconds. valgrind callgrind tells that it's mostly in SplashXPathScanner and there in computeIntersections().

I don't dare to do something there, so I can't help here...
