apparently starting with mesa-10.2rc4 with my 9800gt PCI-E on gnome-3.12.2

Quick look at the timestamps indicate that there is a long time between the system startup and the issue. Perhaps you can take a look into what exactly is causing the problem.

yes, it happens some time after the login without any trace in the journal or dmesg
