Please, add LXQt to registered OnlyShowIn Environments here: http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/apb.html

This DE was released recently and has LXQt entry in this var, so its .desktop files do not pass validation.

This has been sitting for a year, and LXQt is making its way into distributions.  We really need this standardized so that we can package it properly.

Done in def6d04 for menu-spec.
