dump of /sys/class/drm/card0/error

Description: Screen freezes for some seconds and I got a notification in KDE noticing a graphics reset.

I look into system log, and get this:

[ 4535.622505] [drm] stuck on render ring
[ 4535.622509] [drm] stuck on blitter ring
[ 4535.622511] [drm] GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error
[ 4535.622512] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx stack, including userspace.
[ 4535.622513] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[ 4535.622513] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right component if it's not a kernel issue.
[ 4535.622514] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so please always attach it.

Additional info:
xf86-video-intel 2.99.911-2
Linux tesla 3.14.5-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Jun 1 07:36:23 CEST 2014 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I've attached /sys/class/drm/card0/error dump.

Steps to reproduce:
In my case, using KDE 4.13.1-1 with Desktop Effects enabled. It can not be reproduced with desktop effects disabled.
