Problem description: 
The default title is not translated

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert table of contents

Current behavior:
The title is English

Expected behavior:
It should be German    
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.3.0.0.beta2
Last worked in: 4.2.5.2 rc

Did you install the 213mb LibreOffice 4.3 beta 2 file from the download page on the website or did you install the 120mb daily builds?

This is a localization issue, changing "Component" to "localization".

I see from pootle that this string has already been translated to german now:
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/zh_CN/libo_ui/translate/#search=Table of Contents&sfields=source,target&soptions=exact

So I think it will be incorporated in the next 4.3 build.

Hi Fabian,

The translation team has stated that localization issues are not yet finished and will be integrated once RC1 is out.
