How to reproduce this issue ? Are you using
flash player with libvdpau-va-gl ?

HTML 5 videos, Shumway. I don't have flash plugin installed.
Firefox stopped freezing after I removed gstreamer vaapi plugin.

This bug isn't easily reproducible. Simply happens sometimes. Even on the same page with the same video.

Could you list the version of libva/libva-intel-driver/gstreamer/gstreamer-vaapi ?
It would be better if you can give a URL to your HTML 5 video.

libva-intel-driver 1.3.2
gstreamer 1.2.4
gst-vaapi 0.5.8

It was said firefox30 has supported gstreamer1.0 by default, but I failed to enable firefox30+gstreamer1.x, could you tell me how to use gstreamer1.x in firefox30 so that I can give a try ? (media.gstreamer.enabled is true in my config). I am using Ubuntu 13.10.

Sorry, can't give any advices. I'm using Arch Linux, and firefox 30 + gst 1.x just works without any configuration here.

hi Alexander Mezin,
use Arch Linux + firefox 30 + gst 1.x, and test 20+ clips on youtube, cannot find GPU hang. (but i also found that Firefox stopped freezing after removed gstreamer vaapi plugin)

do you know which clip can reproduce this issue. and can you tell me how much times you test to reproduce this issue.
