syslog filtered for nouveau and Xorg

I'm running Linux Mint 17 MATE

Nouveau often freezes my desktop when i start to play videos (no matter what player I use).

I used Linux Mint 13 before, with the nvidia driver nvidia-173, and everything worked fine. Now, nvidia-331 crashes very fast (gui login prompt), nvidia-304 medium-fast and nvidia-173 also crashes sometimes (as often as nouveau).

$ lspci -nn | grep VGA
02:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: NVIDIA Corporation C77 [GeForce 8200] [10de:0849] (rev a2)

$ uname -a
Linux dw 3.13.0-24-generic #47-Ubuntu SMP Fri May 2 23:30:00 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Please find attached the syslog with filter to "nouveau" and "Xorg".
It contains the error two times. You can easily find them by the time stamp. (11:22, 11:24).
I usually use standby/hibernate without problems on wakeup.
