GPU crash dump file from /sys/class/drm/card0/error

Using KDE 4.13.2, Xorg Hung for some few seconds and then got a notification that "desktop effects were restarted due to a graphics reset"

What version of Mesa are you using?  (pacman -Q intel-dri)
