GPU crash dump

While I was playing video in mpv and simultaneously browsing web in chromium my desktop stuck for a few seconds. The content of dmesg told me to report this bug.

I'm using Gentoo with 3.15.3 vanilla kernel, xorg-server 1.15.0, xf86-video-intel 2.21.15 and mpv 0.3.10.

Seems I have same issue. Gentoo x64 3.16, xorg-server 1.16, xf86-video-intel 2.99.914, mesa 10.2.4. This happens from time to time, mostly while watching youtube (flash with firefox).
