It makes little sense to have PrivateTmp=yes

Well, maybe we don't use it directly, but some library we call might, it's hard to tell. Even glibc does this internally on occasion.

It certainly doesn't hurt to do PrivateTmp=yes, hence we might just as well be safe then sorry.
