Tools - Options... - Personalisation
there is a misprint in item
Предустановленная темы (при наличии)

It must be changed to
Предустановленная тема (при наличии) if used in the singular
or
Предустановленные темы (при наличии) if used in the plural

It is my understanding that "Pre-instaled Theme (if available)" is the singular form in English. Or am I wrong?
