The original PDF has the color issue

White color becomes army green in the image produced by pdftoppm. I attached the origin pdf file. Please help take a book. Thanks.

The command I used to generate the image.

pdftoppm -cropbox  -f 1 -l 1 -r 120 -png <Location_of_PDF> <Prefix_Of_Image>

The problem can be solved by disabling cms (./configure --enable-cms=none). Can someone help why it doesn't work well with cms? Thanks.
