The base glyph for e-macron differs from an 'e' when Freetype autohinting is
enabled and the fontsize is 10.

This is a Freetype autohinting bug. There is nothing we can do from the font side.

Reopen the NOTOURBUG reports now they're correctly affected

It seems to be fixed with the current CVS.  I can't reproduce it with either 72 or 96 dpi.
