Bug detailed description:

It fails on BSW with mesa master branch, works well on BDW.

output:
glGet overhead: 85 us
glQuery overhead: 471 us
Test: first glQuery, then glGet
old time = 15303414 us
new time = 0 us
old time > new time
PIGLIT: {"result": "fail" }

This test has non-deterministic results on certain platforms and we are no longer including it as a bug we care about.

Eventually we should fix this bug.
