Start system with eDP, then plug DP, DP monitor unable to light up.
If start system with DP, DP hotplug works.

Have you been able to test this further?  Is it still an issue?  Is it a regression?

BTW, it seems we have NOT any BYT with DP enabled, but only eDP, HDMI and VGA.
