The Pantech UMW190 is the only device we know of that supports different capability combinations (e.g. gsm/umts and cdma/evdo), and we can switch them using QCDM. The Pantech plugin could be subclassing load_supported_capabilities() and set_current_capabilities(), so that the QCDM-based switching is enabled.
