By latest Yi test this has been fixed on latest -nightly. So I'm closing here for now. Please reopen if needed.
Actually, it likely not i915 issue if it just "only HDMI has signal output in BIOS post and load kernel phase". So the title is not such suitable description, close it now. Any other issue we can file new bug.
