Xorg 6.9 build the lnx_ia64.c file and build with
-DOS_PROBE_PCI_CHIPSET=lnxProbePciChipset.  Xorg 7.0 seems to have lost this in
the modularization conversion.  Attached patch re-enables this functionality.
