WebRTC supports this and it can be useful if one or more of the possible servers are too busy every now and then, or not working, or if there are geographic restrictions for some servers.

I'd suggest adding a "STUN" type to the NiceRelayType enum and then allowing STUN servers to be added through nice_agent_set_relay_info().
