Description Denis Barbier 2006-10-09 12:32:33 UTC
Hi,

I attach the result of "cvs -r 1.3 -r 1.4 symbols/altwin".
This patch has to be reverted, otherwise XKB unaware applications
like emacs believe that Meta_L is bound to mod1 and mod4.
See http://lists.debian.org/debian-powerpc/2006/10/msg00117.html

Unfortunately there is no ChangeLog entry about this change,
but I guess that it was due to problems with grp:alts_toggle,
because altwin:meta_win did override settings from
lv3:ralt_switch_for_alts_toggle.
Now that altwin:meta_win is listed first in rules/base, this
problem has gone, so this patch should be reverted.
