Description xtrailrunner 2014-11-13 08:00:38 UTC
Release 4.2.7.2.
Open a large spreadsheet, select a cell and use Window => Split a horizontal and vertical splitter will be created. Closing the file and open it again only the vertical split is still there, the horizontal split is lost. Workaround is to remove the vertical splitter (unsplit) and recreate both again.
The behaviour is difficult to reproduce because it does not happen all the time.

The version I use is 4.2.7.2 Build: 420m0(Build:2).
I have this problem every two days with a quite large file.

Please send us a sample document, as this makes it easier for us to verify the bug.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO', so please do change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once you have attached a document.
(Please note that the attachment will be public, remove any sensitive information before attaching it.)
How can I eliminate confidential data from a sample document?
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FAQ#How_can_I_eliminate_confidential_data_from_a_sample_document.3F

Version 4.2.7.2 is last of 4.2.x series ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/4.2 ), so I need to verify with newer version.

Thank you

Sorry, this is a very large file with financial data from several years. It would take quite a long time to remove all sensible data and perhaps the case would not be reproducible anymore.
Kind regards
Juergen
