my email address: chris@demorecorder.com
my preferred account name: clinhart

my SSH public key and GPG public key are attached.

Please tell me if you need additional info or if you have questions.

Thank you,

Comment 6 Christian Linhart 2015-02-04 08:39:55 UTC
Hi Martin and Sitewranglers,

Thank you for setting up my account.

Unfortunately it does not work for some reason.

Below I have included the output of ssh -v.

The private key is in "/home/chris/.ssh/id_rsa_xorg" and that key is tried by ssh according to the output of ssh -v.

Can you please check why this does not work?

I have attached the corresponding public key to this message for your reference.
I have given it type application/octet-stream so you get the exact public key.

Thank you,

Chris

Hey,

The stars managed to align properly today and it would seem that your account is fixed now. I apparently had to add you to a group which I apparently did not do for some stupid reason.

Thanks to Mithrandir for telling me how to fix this issue!

Please re-open if it does not work!

Martin

PS: Sorry for the delay...

Hi Martin,

Thank you for fixing it. It theoretically works, but I am ashamed to admit
that I have forgotten my passphrase in the meantime.

I have created a new key-pair and attached the new key to this ticket.

I have signed this request with my GPG-key and attached the signed request, too.

Can you please install the new key instead of the old one?

Thank you, and sorry for the troubles.

Chris

P.S.: Here's my new public key, too:

Oh wow, I am so slow that you managed to forget your passphrase in the mean time! So sorry about that!

Anyway, try again, I updated the ssh key!
