Following a report on the users mailing list (http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/msg42609.html)...

From http://www.libreoffice.org/:
- Click "Download Now"
- Click "Download Version 4.3.5"
This leads to http://donate.libreoffice.org/home/dl/win-x86/4.3.5/en-GB/LibreOffice_4.3.5_Win_x86.msi
- Click "Donate via Credit Card"

This leads to a page (http://donate.libreoffice.org/DonationProceed/external) saying "you are now forwarded to ConCardis' website to complete the payment"...

Which then redirects to a page (https://secure.payengine.de/ncol/prod/orderstandard.asp) saying:
> We are processing your payment
> 
> Order reference : 	LIBODONATE-549716d5aa93c
> Total charge : 	---
> Beneficiary : 	The Document Foundation
> 
> Sorry, no payment method is active. 1

I've just tried this using both Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla SeaMonkey 2.26.1, on Windows Vista, and see the same results (except the order reference varies, which is not surprising).

Sorry to hear that there's a problem with donations. I'll contact the TDF folks for help here.

UPDATE: Looks like there is a know issue with the ConCardis system, and we're working on fixing it. I'll let you know when I hear more.

Please point any additional inquiries on the users' list to this bug report.

"We are currently doing some maintenance on our credit card payment. Given it's vacation time, this might be delayed a bit, but early 2015, credit card donations without PayPal should be possible again."

The page at <https://secure.payengine.de/ncol/prod/orderstandard.asp> which previously (at the time of reporting) said:

now asks for card details. I haven't tried proceeding, but it looks like it's been fixed at some point.
