Description Rune Petersen 2006-10-28 14:35:23 UTC
It happends when running any 3D app/game:

- The image jumps slightly from side to side (guess by 4 pixels)
- white pixels appearing randomly on the monitor (also appeared in earlier
versions but not as pronounced).
- the screen blacks out (only at very high fps (4000+)).

cound it be the superpatch that causes it?

My HW setup:
  X800 XT AGP
17 inch monitor connected via DVI

My SW setup:
  Xorg GIT master
  Mesa CVS head
  DRM GIT master

Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.

Does adjusting the DisplayPriority option help? See the radeon man page. You might also want to try the latest code from ati git.

This was resolved a long time ago.
I was sure I closed this bug, but it seams I have to much on my mind.

Sorry about this.
