Demo writer doc

A table consisting of a single cell can not be split horizontally -- the "Horizontal" icon in the Split Cells dialog is unresponsive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a new writer doc, insert a table with 1 row and 1 column
(OR: Load the attached demo document)

2. Put cursor in the table. Table->Split Cells

3. Attempt to select "Horizontal" split mode

ACTUAL RESULTS: Clicking the "Horizontal" button does nothing, and the "Vertical" button stays selected

EXPECTED RESULTS: Horizontal splitting should work
