There is no "close" button in the Template Manager dialog, Fedora 22 Gnome desktop.

The workaround is to use "ESCβ€œ, or right-click on title bar of the window then select "close".

See screenshot.

Go blame GNOME Shell developers/designers. They (stupidly) disable the Close button for modal dialogs.

Is https://developer.gnome.org/hig/stable/dialogs.html.en#presentation-dialogs not an option?

Why does LibreOffice use a toolkit but not following its design patterns?

I'm confused as to where this leaves the end user wanting to simply close a dialog window.

So I have switched to a tiling window manager that does not draw title bars. This is still an issue. I really believe a dialog window should have a method of closing it...
