We are seeing an issue that if we don't connect HDMI at bootup, but
connect it later, we see that sometimes Display freezes( and two LEDs on
the board glow). Sometimes display does not freeze, but ELD info is
invalid. Have you seen the display freeze issue and do you have any inputs
on it?

For which platform?

Please attach the relevant log files, including the dmesg output with drm.debug=0xe as the Kernel parameter.

that's a fairly old kernel, can you try the drm-intel-nightly branch of git://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/drm-intel?
